Hello,

I'm Tiffany E. I am a native Detroiter, double HBCU Alumna (Howard University and Kentucky State University), and current HBCU Doctoral Student at Morgan State University.

I prioritize experiences that allow me to work at the intersection of college access and preparation and college success. I am a higher education professional and consultant with experience in pre-college programming, pre-college advising, undergraduate admissions, student engagement and campus life, athletics, dual enrollment/dual credit, and academic advising.

I enjoy creating content and programming for high school students as they navigate post-secondary exploration. One of the ways that I work with high school students is through How to Reach Hillman®. How to Reach Hillman® is a platform dedicated to exposing prospective HBCU students to the collective HBCU educational and cultural experience.

As a higher educational consultant, I prioritize working with school districts, college-access organizations, and other non-profit organizations that serve youth to ensure that their college-going agenda and post-secondary exploration programming is equitable and inclusive for all students, no matter what.
