I’ve been where you are.
I know the quiet desperation of feeling invisible, of waking up each day with no spark, of wondering why others seem happy when you can’t feel much of anything.
I’ve tried talk therapy and countless techniques that kept me in my head. It wasn’t until a blindfolded yoga class that I finally felt present in my body again, safe, grateful, alive. That experience, alongside learning about the nervous system and the Polyvagal theory, changed everything.
Now, I combine somatic healing, nervous system work, and Human Design to help women reconnect with themselves in a way that isn’t about thinking harder, but feeling again.

❓ Is this therapy?
No. This is not a replacement for therapy or medical treatment. It’s a coaching journey focused on somatic awareness, emotional integration, and nervous system health.
❓ What if I’ve tried everything and nothing worked?
Healing has its own timing. I deeply trust that the right method, the right support, and the right tools find us when we’re ready. If you feel drawn here, it may be because your nervous system is ready to receive something different. This work isn’t about pushing, it’s about being met exactly where you are.
❓ Do I need to know Human Design?
Not at all. I may weave it in, but you don’t need any prior knowledge. This is about you, not a system.
❓ How long are sessions?
Sessions are typically 60 minutes, once a week, for the chosen duration (6 or 12 weeks) and they are held online.
❓ Can I start with 6 sessions and extend to 12?
Yes, absolutely. Many women begin with 6 and choose to continue when they experience the shifts.
❓ What certifications do you have?
