I'M CLARA.

I’m not here to fix you — I’m here to remind you that your body already knows how to come home to itself.

I created this audio series because I kept seeing my clients come to sessions in burnout, feeling hopeless and disconnected. I wanted to give them something they could use every day — not just once a week. Something to help them build capacity for life.

Because I’ve been there too.

I know what it’s like to wake up feeling invisible. To go through the motions. To wonder why everyone else seems happy while you feel stuck in a fog you can’t explain.

That used to be me — until I found practices that helped me feel present in my body again. A blindfolded yoga class changed everything. For the first time, I felt enjoyment. Safety. Real embodiment. That was the start. Then I found nervous system work, and it all clicked.

Now, I guide others gently back to themselves: no pressure, no performance. Just space to feel what’s there.

I believe every woman deserves to feel safe in her body, empowered in her truth, and connected to her power again.

  • What if I don’t understand the cues?

    That’s the point. There’s no right way.
    You’re invited to listen, feel, and move in the way your body wants to, not what a video tells you to.

  • What if I don’t have time?

    Each audio is 15–20 mins. Next time you’re spiralling, ask yourself: 20 minutes of reset
 or 2 hours of spinning?

  • What if I don’t feel anything?

    Burnout isn’t healed in a weekend. This is about giving your body consistent safety, just like training a scared animal. Results come with repetition. You might feel subtle shifts at first. That’s still healing.

  • Is this therapy?

    No. It’s not a replacement for therapy or medication. But it is a powerful companion, a moment of body-led presence to help you regulate in between sessions.
