Event Description: Join us for an enchanting Cacao Ceremony at your sanctuary for holistic wellness.

Trinity is dedicated to nourishing and growing your mind, body, and spirit through our healthy café, versatile function and event spaces, and private gym studio. This 2-2.5 hour ceremony will serve as a gentle powerful and heart-opening benefits of cacao, setting a positive and intentional tone for your journey at Trinity.

What to Expect: Our Cacao Ceremony is designed to be a grounding and heart warming experience. You'll begin by gathering in our serene event space, where the calming ambiance and soothing aromas will welcome you into a space of relaxation and openness.

• Introduction to Cacao: Our facilitator will introduce the origins and benefits of ceremonial-grade cacao, explaining its traditional uses and modern applications.

• Intention Setting: We will guide you through a short meditation to set personal intentions for the ceremony and for your journey with Trinity. This practice helps align your mind and heart with your goals and desires.

• Cacao Ritual: You will be served a warm cup of rich, ceremonial-grade 100% organic cacao from Venezuela. As you sip, you'll be encouraged to reflect on your intentions, allowing the cacao to deepen your connection to them.

• Guided deep healing meditation: You will be expertly guided into a deep state of relaxation to release what holds you back. This will be accompanied with a crystal healing bowl (If the weather is nice this will sometimes be done via an excursion to the beach with the option for a connect to nature sea swim).

• Optional go with the flow dancing: After releasing that which has held us back it is often liberating to let go of any fears and somatically release by letting the inner child come out to play by dancing to some high vibe beats.

• Closing Circle: We will conclude with a brief sharing circle, where you can express any thoughts, feelings, or insights gained during the ceremony.
