We're excited to announce that Trinity will now be hosting Meditation & Mindfulness Evenings every Monday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, led by Adam Leonard. Whether you're a seasoned meditator or new to the practice, our sessions are designed to offer something for everyone, covering a diverse range of meditation techniques that will help you find balance, peace, and inner clarity.

Our Meditation Evenings will introduce you to a variety of powerful practices, including:

No prior experience is necessary, and all are welcome! Simply drop in for a session, or sign up for our monthly subscription to enjoy added benefits. Bring a mat, a cushion, or just yourself—we'll take care of the rest.
