Andrea was absolutely fantastic. I don’t know how we could have done it without her. I had absolutely no idea what my wife would need during pregnancy and labor and Andrea was there every step of the way to show me. Not only that but during labor she was soo helpful for my wife and I. My wife needed her back rubbed during contractions. Andrea and I swapped back and forth helping her which I absolutely wouldn’t have been able to do entirely on my own. Not to mention I wouldn’t have even known what to do. 10/10 highly recommend

There are truly no words that could fully capture how incredible my doula was during one of the most intense and life-changing moments of my life. Going into a C-section, I was filled with fear, anxiety, and so many unknowns. But having her by my side changed everything. Her presence alone brought me a sense of calm I didn’t even know I needed. She grounded me, reassured me, and reminded me of my strength when I felt the most vulnerable. She advocated for me, comforted me, and held space for every emotion I experienced without judgment, only love. In a moment where I could have felt alone or overwhelmed, she made sure I felt supported, seen, and cared for every step of the way. Because of her, I was able to meet my son, Elio, with a sense of peace and strength that I will carry with me forever. She didn’t just support me she helped shape one of the most important moments of my life into something powerful and beautiful. I am beyond grateful for her. Truly, she is heaven-sent.

As a working Mom and wife, I can easily find time for everyone else but myself. The Mama Reset Challenge was exactly what i needed! Short reminders to focus on ME so I can be the best version of myself for those I love. THANK YOU Andrea for this challenge!

I absolutely Loved having a bit of quiet time each day I did the program. I am a mom of 3 about to be 4 and it's so easy to forget about yourself. Andrea reminded me that Self care is really important and if you are not intentional you can forget about yourself. I would absolutely do the course again. I love the tips and tricks She gave to help me navigate through these last week's of my pregnancy! 10 out of 10 for me!

Andrea is so kind and loving and I could not imagine working with anyone else.
