What made me want to attend this class is for knowledge on baking in a non destructive way. I want to offer sugar baked goods, but found it difficult to get the texture that people love, so this class was super helpful. I love that Crush is very thorough and answers all questions to best of his ability and offers Substitutes for the substitutions lol. Great class will be attending more! Gratitude ✨️

This was a great class! It delivered exactly as advertised. I attended to find out how to get my breads and baked goods to rise without using the common rising agents. I realized that I had to make sure I didn't over-mix; and definitely put the batter in the oven immediately after mixing it up. I am looking to try this out when baking. I'm really glad, because my breads always used to come out so flat and dense, not airy and fluffy. It was really good to have a step by step demonstration in real time, that way I know it's legit! I am also grateful that the video and recipes were provided after the class for review in the case that I missed anything while in class. It's, without a doubt, worth it to take these classes!

The session was very interactive and thorough. Crush has detailed and thoughtful explanations of everything and even touches base to previous concepts (and classes) if something is left out or needs to be remembered, which is very much appreciated. He answers all your questions even after the live stream has ended. I highly recommend these sessions!
