This course was amazing and very informative . I am encouraged to stay hydrated and I didn’t know that staying hydrated helps with so much that we deal with today such as inflammation which is a big one for me . I enjoyed the course and I will definitely be mindful of keeping hydrated now .🤗

The conversation I had with Crush was very helpful. It helped me to gain a better understanding of the Food Sensitivity Analysis I purchased for my daughter. He also gave me some great ways that I can supplement some of the items that she could not have and creative ways to make my own things from scratch. I have been following Mr Foster for years as well as Dr Sebi I fall off the diet sometimes but Mr foster always has the correct information to put me back on track this is my first time reaching for a medical scare and he has been nothing but helpful to me great information and nutritional protocols not only for me but my family as well

I reached out to Carl because my daughter went in for a routine Pap smear and was told she may have precancerous cells. Carl recommended Gut & Nerve Support pills. She has been taking them for a week now. She has always suffered from constipation. Well, let’s just say after taking these pills she has been able to use the bathroom up to 4 times a day!! She also has urinated more than ever and is drinking more water to stay hydrated. She feels less bloated in her stomach area. She also has eliminated dairy, sugar and working on eliminating chicken. She has a Dr appointment on Tuesday and we are hoping for the best! In the meantime, she is continuing with taking her pills daily! I recommend these products for anyone willing to make a change!
