I just had my first coaching session with Crush. He was a good listener, great problem solver and open to sharing personal experiences relative to his own health journey. He help me see my strengths and pinpointed areas to tweak. My plan is doable! Having a competent and professional coach is a vital part of my health journey. I look forward to reaching my goals!!!!

I just completed the Root/Reboot 1 week course. I feel so hydrated thanks to the resources read about hydration and the awesome recipes the course offered. I look forward to additional trainings offered.

Taking this class has been a game changer for me . I’m enjoying being in my own kitchen preparing my own food . And I Love that 🤗. And since doing the course and taking the class initially me and my son have been diagnosed as being prediabetic and we are no longer prediabetic or diabetic so iam very grateful to Crush about this and all that he is doing for the community. This class has changed my life I feel empowered as I have shared before taking this class what it would mean to me to overcome some of my challenges and I have overcome them all .
