Dance with Meladie 💃🏻

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mel is amazing! I had the opportunity to attend one of her dance sessions this month, and I truly enjoyed it. Even though I wasn’t able to fully participate in the workout this time, I loved watching her teach and lead the class. Her energy is contagious, her passion shines through, and she does an excellent job breaking down the routines. One thing I especially appreciated was that she recorded the session so I can go back later and learn the choreography at my own pace. If you’re looking for a fun, encouraging, and talented instructor, I highly recommend Mel. Thank you for sharing your gift and creating such a positive experience!

Expect to relax and do what you can on the dance steps. Both of my friends and I (ages 62-74) are not very coordinated, but felt comfortable with our lame attempts, enjoyed the music and the positive energy in the room. It was a fun, fun crowd. You don't have to be able to dance to enjoy yourself!!

Meladie has been successful with instructing classes that were energetic, fun, and exciting. I consistently attended each week for the past 2 years and have loss weight, built muscle and transformed my body. The best part was it never felt like traditional exercise which is why I believe she has had such a strong folllowing with participants.
