January 10th "Power of achieving Health and Wellness"
Our Wednesday sessions are the perfect way to help you take control of your health and create lasting results. Each session will be one hour and thirty minutes long from 6:00 to 7:30 P.M. utilizing a blend of healthy eating, hypnosis, neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), and intermittent fasting techniques to help create healthy habits. We can access the inner mind through hypnosis to unlock behaviors preventing progress. With NLP, we can reprogram the mind for positive transformation and develop new patterns for success. Intermittent fasting is also an excellent tool for controlling cravings and food choices. We will teach you as we do it together to reach a 16 and 8 method. Our eight-week Monday sessions offer customers maximum benefit with these powerful techniques that can lead to life-changing results.
The person who loses the most weight by the end of the eight weeks will be eligible to receive 50% of their investment back as a first prize. Please remember that you must be present for all eight weeks to qualify.
