Three months ago, I started with Michael to enhance my weight loss, improve my self-image, release my anger and fears, and build my self-esteem and confidence. Thanks to Michael’s help and through the use of hypnosis and self-hypnosis, I have benefited in so many ways:
1. Dealing with and releasing my physical & emotional pains.
2. I was able to successfully return to work full-time to a very physical job after knee surgery.
3. I was able to endure the discomfort/pain and lie still for 2 1/2 hours while having my eyebrows and eyelids tattooed with permanent makeup.
4. I have found a more positive and beneficial way of dealing with my husband’s bladder cancer surgeries and chemotherapy.

I want to thank you for your weight reduction program. I had been trying to lose weight (again) for two years or more. I have tried every diet (almost ) in the bookstores without success. I have had a weight problem for most of my life. I have now lost 20lbs since June 30, and I’m not really trying. I eat healthy berries and vegetables, foods that are high in protein. With your hypnosis and your accountability program, I have been walking daily, water exercises 3 times a week. I can't believe it's been almost 5 months, and I’m enjoying it.
