Walk and Talk Sessions
A one to one session in nature… where we walk side by side and let the outdoors hold some of the weight.
These sessions last between one to two hours… with the option for longer walks if it feels supportive. Walking gives the body a way to move emotion through… and nature has a quiet way of helping us soften, breathe deeper, and tell the truth.
This is not a hike… and it is not a fitness goal. It is a gentle space to be heard without judgement… to reflect… to regulate… and to come back to yourself at your own pace.
As we walk, I will meet you exactly where you are. Sometimes you may simply need to talk… sometimes you may need help untangling what feels heavy… and sometimes we will weave in practical mindfulness tools you can take into everyday life… small enough to use on real days… and powerful enough to change how you meet yourself.
