Working with Caz I finally noticed how much I’d been running on autopilot. I’d worked so hard to keep things going, but I felt like I wasn’t moving forward. Caz’s grounding & mindfulness techniques along with nature therapy has helped me see things more clearly and reminded me to slow down and by doing this regularly I have learned to listen and trust my own inner voice

I’m very grateful that Caz made time for me and helped me work through my thoughts and feelings. I appreciate that she accepted my call and once again created a safe, supportive space during this session. She has always been very caring and encouraging, and what stood out most was how she listened without judgment or pressure.
