What to Expect

Our session is designed to guide you into a state of presence and tranquility.

We’ll begin by arriving slowly, allowing your body and mind to settle. Through gentle breathwork and a short guided meditation, you’ll be supported to shift out of doing mode and into simply being.

From there, we’ll move through the forest at an unhurried pace, pausing often to notice what’s around you… the light through the leaves, the scent of the earth, the sounds of birdsong, the texture of bark, the feeling of your feet on the ground.

This is a guided experience, but never forced. You’ll be gently invited to explore, reflect, and rest in nature’s rhythms.
