One to One Support Sessions… on Zoom

A calm, private space to be supported… from wherever you are.

These one to one sessions are held over Zoom and last around one hour, with the option to book ninety minutes if you feel you need more time. They are the indoor version of my Walk and Talk sessions… gentle, grounded, and focused on helping you breathe again, untangle what feels heavy, and come back to yourself.

This is not about forcing breakthroughs. It is a supportive space to speak freely… to be met with warmth and without judgement… and to receive practical mindfulness tools that help you feel steadier in everyday life.
