Amr - Strategic Advisory Programme (London Finance)

Elite Careers Strategy® - Private Advisory Programme (London Finance)
Offer-Engineering for Elite Careers™
10 weekly 1-1 sessions. £7,500, paid monthly at £2,500 x 3.

Session structure is indicative. The programme is a bespoke build, calibrated to your specific profile, target firms, and live opportunities.

What This Programme Does

The Private Advisory Programme rebuilds the four assets and three answer architectures that determine whether you reach interview stage at Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Blackstone, KKR, Rothschild, HSBC, UBS, BNP Paribas, Citadel, Point72, and the rest of the London finance pipeline: your profile, your target firm list, your written applications, and your interview preparation.

Most candidates fail before interview. They fail at sift. This programme is designed to make sure you don't, and then to carry you through every stage that follows, including live-search support as opportunities develop in real time.

Who This Is For

Candidates applying for spring weeks, summer internships, off-cycle internships, graduate analyst schemes, and lateral moves at top-tier London investment banks, private equity firms, and hedge funds. You have the academic baseline but your applications aren't converting, or you want to get them right first time.

Programme Structure

10 sessions. Once per week. Each session is 1-1 with Hassan Akram.

The session structure below is indicative. The programme is a bespoke build: scope and sequencing flex to prioritise the most material gaps in your profile, the stage of your applications, and the opportunities live in the market at the time.

Sessions 1-3: Diagnostic, Narrative, and CV Rebuild

Your diagnostic, story architecture, and CV rebuild. Every role on your CV is rewritten into structured paragraphs: context, metrics and outcomes, and finance relevance. Each line follows VTMR™ (Verb → Task → Metric → Result) so every bullet carries measurable, selection-grade impact. Delivered alongside a full LinkedIn rebuild and a locked target firm list with application sequencing.

Sessions 4-6: Written Applications and Answer Architecture

Across these three sessions you will produce two elite written answers:

"Why Finance?" - structured using PEAL-3™ (Point → Evidence → Analysis → Link). Factual, commercially grounded, not biographical.

"Why This Firm?" - structured using PEAL-X™, where every sentence contains a verifiable, publicly available firm-specific fact. This is the answer format that has produced invitations and offers across Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Blackstone, HSBC, BNP Paribas, and Rothschild from both free content and paid programmes.

By the end of Session 6, you will have a submission-ready profile and two polished written answers deployable across your full target list.

Session 7: Commercial Fluency™

A Commercial Fluency™ primer on two target desks or funds: current market context, commercial thesis, and reading list. This is the substance firms screen for at interview, and the difference between candidates who "know finance" and candidates who can hold a conversation with a managing director.

Session 8: Competency Interview Preparation (STAR-3®)

Your top ten applied stories structured to three actions, three results, and a firm-specific link using STAR-3®. The bank used across every interview stage, from HR screen through to partner conversation.

Session 9: HireVue, Video Assessments, and Written Exercises

Video assessments are now standard at firms including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, HSBC, and UBS. This session covers delivery, structure, and timing for recorded video interviews, plus written exercise readiness for assessment centres that test in writing.

Session 10: Live Search, Application Launch, and Review

Full portfolio review. Live opportunity calibration. Application sequencing with deadlines. Strategic input on openings as they develop in real time. Pre-send compliance check.

Across all ten sessions: asynchronous support between sessions via the agreed channel, document review as required across the engagement, and strategic input on live opportunities as they arise.

What You'll Have at the End

A complete, submission-ready application profile for top-tier London finance firms. Specifically: a rebuilt CV with VTMR™ bullets, a rebuilt LinkedIn profile, a PEAL-3™ "Why Finance?" answer, a PEAL-X™ "Why [Firm]?" answer deployable across your target list, a STAR-3® competency bank covering your top ten applied stories, a Commercial Fluency™ primer for two target desks or funds, HireVue and video assessment training, and a live-search playbook for the remainder of the cycle. Every asset QA-reviewed to ECS standards and aligned to publicly verifiable firm facts.
