ABOUT ELITE CAREERS STRATEGY

Elite Careers Strategy (ECS) is the creator of Offer-Engineering for Elite Careers™ — the only documented, trademarked methodology globally for reverse-engineering elite selection systems from the hiring side and converting that structural knowledge into frameworks that produce offers at the most competitive institutions on earth.

ECS is led by Hassan Akram. Before coaching a single candidate, Hassan reviewed more than 10,000 applications working on the hiring side of Goldman Sachs, Blackstone, White & Case, and the Magic Circle — assessing, selecting, and rejecting candidates for roles at tier-one firms. That vantage point is the foundation of everything ECS builds. No competitor has it. No competitor can manufacture it.
