What happens on the call

  • Reality check: how competitive your profile is for your exact target firms — including visa status, grades, university tier, and application timing

  • Readiness score: where you sit across the six behaviours that elite firms select for at assessment centre and interview

  • Stage diagnosis: are you failing at Stage 1 (not getting interviews), Stage 2 (not converting interviews), or Stage 3 (not converting assessment centres and vacation schemes into offers)

  • Decision: if there is a mutual fit, we take a deposit and schedule Sessions 1–3 before the call ends

Our programmes

We offer structured 1-to-1 advisory programmes at three levels, each designed around the ECS Offer-Engineering System™:

  • Foundation: single-cycle sprint — CV, motivation answers, and competency answers rebuilt to offer standard

  • Accelerator: full-cycle support across multiple firms, interview rounds, and assessment centres

  • Flagship (invite-only): white-glove, unlimited advisory until offer — for families who want total commitment to a single outcome

Investment levels are discussed on the call and reflect the scope of work, not a generic fee schedule. This is a serious commitment of time and resource on both sides.

Capacity

We accept a maximum of 30 families per year globally. This is not a marketing claim — it is a hard capacity constraint. Each programme requires significant direct advisory time from our senior team, and we will not dilute quality to increase volume. If places for your target cycle are full, we will tell you on the call rather than overcommit.

We unfortunately are unlikely to work with students who have achieved, or are predicted to achieve a 2.2 degree / <3.6 GPA (USA), undergraduate qualification.
