Ellie Chase Coaching LLC

Ellie Chase Coaching has been an incredibly valuable support for our family. Ellie brings a calm, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach that immediately puts you at ease. She takes the time to truly listen and understand your unique family dynamic, rather than offering one-size-fits-all advice. What sets Ellie apart is her ability to provide practical, realistic strategies that you can actually use in day-to-day parenting. One of the most impactful things I learned from her was how my own nervous system directly affects my children’s nervous systems. That insight alone changed how I approach stressful moments and helped me become more intentional, regulated, and present as a parent. Her guidance feels empowering, not overwhelming, and she explains things in a way that makes sense even during challenging situations. I’ve seen a noticeable improvement not only in my child’s behavior, but also in how confident and patient I feel. Ellie is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping parents succeed. If you’re looking for thoughtful, personalized parenting support, I highly recommend Ellie Chase Coaching.
