You can contact me as your personal coach any time (my notifications are off) and I have LIVE TIME between 7-8am and 7-8pm. In between I check regularly. I will get back to you within 12 hours max, normally more like 12-120 minutes.

Active listening takes practice, so I create listening exercises for you, based on your professional and personal interests.

I used to tell my clients to listen to podcasts and they never found the time or inclination (Muse) to find ones that they could understand without a dictionary so I started creating them.
(I'm a podcaster and recovering radio DJ so it sounds professional)
I usually send a couple of questions for you to answer but they're optional, the main thing is to listen and learn.

You'll also get to listen to short voice messages from me with instructions for the other tasks from time to time. It's all about exposure Honey!

- 📸 Caption Challenges
These are popular as they are quick and easy to do. This gets you describing what you see, thinking out of the box, using analogies, jokes and stats or facts to make your point. Off the Cuff excellence.

- 📹 How-to Videos
Explaining things such as how to use props, gestures, tone of voice etc are best done in videos so I will share these with you via WhatsApp too.
