  • Hey! My name is Ivy and I created Gentle Growth With Ivy. I'm a mental health coach who helps people with mental health struggles achieve happiness!

    Why did I start?

    All my life I have struggled with my mental health. I remember having my first panic attack at just 5 years old. I tried therapy multiple times. Tried multiple different high dose prescriptions. And nothing seemed to truly help. Being diagnosed with severe generalized anxiety, depression, ADHD, and PTSD, I felt doomed. Then I had my amazing daughter and my mental health hit an all time low. I knew for the sake of myself and ESPECIALLY for the sake of my daughter, I had no choice but to figure out how to get better. And that's what I did! I took a deep dive into self help and how to cope with my mental illnesses. I discovered so many proven techniques that have absolutely changed my life, and I want to share those with other people! So that's why I started my mental health coaching business!

    What exactly is a mental health coach and how can I improve your life?

    A mental health coach is a professional who works with individuals to support and enhance their mental and emotional well-being. While I may not be able to replace the role of a licensed mental health professional such as a therapist or counselor, I can focus on helping you set and achieve mental health-related goals, build resilience, and develop positive coping strategies. I can help improve your life by helping you set and achieve goals, cultivate a positive mindset, build resilience, regulate your emotions, develop a deeper understanding of yourself, improve self awareness, feel motivated, take accountability, make lifestyle/ behavior changes, build healthy habits, improve communication skills, and we can even be proactive by working on future prevention! It's important to note that as a mental health coach, I am not a substitute for professional therapy in cases of severe mental health conditions. However, if you're looking for support, personal growth, and the enhancement of your mental well-being, I can be a valuable ally on your journey.

    What services do I offer?

    Right now I'm offering 1:1 coaching sessions! I do offer free 30 minute discovery calls, and you can buy a bundle of sessions for a discount! I also have some digital products that you can purchase. My digital products can be printed or used on any device.
