I really appreciated the safe space Ro created during the live calls—it was lovely to be part of a small, supportive group and to feel seen and heard each week. While I haven’t kept up with all of the practices since the course ended, the weekly themes and prompts gave me plenty of food for thought, and I do plan to revisit some of the tools as I move forward. There’s something really powerful about showing up for yourself in this way, and having Ro hold that space with kindness and care made all the difference.

Ro was an amazing support. Her sessions built upon themselves naturally and they really made sense. My favourite aspect was how she mixed creativity and building a clear vision of what we'd like for our future self. I loved meeting the other women and felt really supported by all. I was surprised how quickly we were able to bond. Ro's resources she sent out were great quality, I loved her audio recordings for mindfulness and blockages and found they were a manageable time that meant I could fit it into my week. The sessions were flexible and helped scaffold my own motivations for positive change. 10/10 I would recommend. Ro is hilarious, insightful and dedicated to uplifting and empowering women. I learnt a lot, but most importantly I left feeling a sense of hope and motivation for the present and future. Thank you <3

I cannot recommend Roisin enough! Her next level self 8 week course was incredible and set me up for the start of spring, the true new year. Roisin is truly a beautiful soul....self-aware, deeply intuitive, and filled with so much love and encouragement. Throughout this 8-week course, she guided me with such grace, helping me to visualize and step into my higher self in a way that felt both empowering and transformative. Each week there was a new challenge but Ro explained everything so well and had guidelines to prompt me. One of the most unexpected parts of this experience was the incredible women I was blessed to share this journey with. We lifted each other up, shared our experiences, and formed bonds that I truly believe will last. Knowing that so many others are on this spiritual/healing path has been both inspiring and affirming. I did Roisin’s course a while back now and it was the most beneficial thing I ever did for myself. I didn’t know that at the time but I do now. Roisin / the course encouraged me face things I didn’t want to face before. I learnt how to appreciate myself, my body and embrace how fabulous I really am.

Working with Ro has been nothing short of life-changing. I came into this journey feeling disconnected from myself—my body, my mind, my confidence—and completely overwhelmed by self-doubt. I thought I needed to change everything about me to feel worthy, but Ro taught me that the magic wasn’t in becoming someone new—it was in rediscovering the person I already was. From my first meeting with Ro, I felt immediately at ease. I didn't know what to expect but I know now that this course was exactly what I needed. Ro guided and supported me in digging a little deeper into my self image and self belief challenges and finding the source in order to understand and move forward. She provided achievable and nurturing strategies to implement which were instrumental in helping me reframe how I talk to myself and how I see myself in the world. I had many light bulb moments which were supported by Ro without judgement. She held a safe space and made me realise that it is something I can also gift myself. Through journaling, affirmations, intentions or simply sitting with a cup of coffee. I cannot recommend Ro's course highly enough. I can now stand in front of a mirror and look at the beauty of my body instead of criticising it. I can now reframe by negative self talk and quieten the inner sabateur to be kinder with my words when taking to myself. These were things I really struggled with initially. I also made amends with my younger self throughout this process. It has been enlightening and enriching. If you're thinking of starting Ro's course, go with your gut. You will not regret it.
