Here’s how it works:

All classes are held as a guided process similar to a meditation but infused with energy healing and activations.

  • These classes are recorded classes which means take them in your own time and at your own pace!

  • Additional materials such as handouts, meditations and energy healings are included with each activation class.

  • Courses are drip feed meaning you will need to take 4 days between activations. This is for your body to adjust to the energy, but you will have other fun resources to use to expand on your connection with your spiritual guides.

  • Activations are about 1 hr in length and you will need to be in a calm quite place to follow along. All audios are about 10 min long. Making it easy for you do them any time!
