How these amazing sessions go!

1. We will begin our video call with discussing what you want to focus on in our Energy healing work. This could be a physical, mental, emotional or behavior pattern that needs to change. This takes the first 10-15 minutes of our session.

2. Then we will begin with you closing your eyes and relaxing as soft comfortable energies move through your body. I will relay messages that come through from your spirit team. I will also tell you what I am working on and why. I will work on all your Chakras, your Aura, your problem of focus and anything else the Higher Self brings my attention to.

3. Last 10-15 min the Energy Healing will be done but we will discuss the information that came through, what was worked on and any new process you need to use in your daily life to bring change, ease and abundance. You can ask any questions about the sessions or talk about what you experienced.

Sessions are recorded so you can watch them again to absorb all the amazing information that came through from your Spirit Team.

What you will receive-

• You will get 1 Energy Healing sessions with me. This is so you can have the best results working with the information and new process that come for you!

• The session is 1-1:15 hr each

• You will get a recording of the session so you can enjoy later. This is helpful because a lot of information comes through for you and its nice to review it again.

• You will also may get a daily practice advised from your Higher Self to help you with your healing, empowerment and connection.

• You have access to me through telegram app text, video and voice messages M-F 9:30am-5:30pm. This will be available up to 2 weeks after our last session to answer any questions, and coach you through any processes.
