⫸ The evening will begin with a guided meditation to help you relax, connect to the Full Moon energies, release what no longer serves & set intentions for your sound healing experience.

⫸ Enjoy an hour sound journey as high vibrational sounds are then woven throughout the space before settling in with the enchanted and ethereal tones of crystal bowls.

⫸ All are welcome to stay on for herbal tea and time to further ground & connect with other like-minded souls.

✧ Sound healing serves as a powerful gateway to deep meditative states, making it accessible to everyone, regardless of prior meditation or sound bath experience.

This sound bath event is not suitable for individuals in their first trimester of pregnancy, with a pacemaker, a history of epilepsy/ seizures, heart conditions, severe/ unmanaged mental health condition, any serious condition that may be affected by sound vibration, or under the influence of recreational drugs or alcohol.

Precautions are advised for individuals taking part with any of the following: pregnancy, sound sensitive conditions including but not limited to; tinnitus/ Meniere’s, or metal implants/ plates/ screws in the body. Hearing aids must be turned off during the session.
