It was very welcoming and well run, and I am experiencing increased wellbeing as a result of attending. It’s a treat that continues to give for days or weeks after.

My first time attending and it was a great location, very welcoming and friendly and an amazing evening. Carlene has Amazing relaxing voice and explained about the bowls and the instruments and explained the whole session how it was going to feel and explained we need to relax and you can sleep. It was a fantastic experience and I felt very relaxed and a warm drink and chocolate was provided at the end too. Will definitely will be returning to another session next month

Carlene hosts a beautiful healing sound bath. The setting is always welcoming and you feel completely held and safe in this healing space. Perfect way to relax and I highly recommend ❤️

Thoroughly enjoyed the soundbath that Carlene put on the other eve! I definitely went through several meditation states & was truly needed this week. What a great way to relax & reset & take some guilt free time!

Very relaxing evening. Carlene has a lovely tone to her voice which sets the scene. The sounds were great and relaxing. The facial reflexology was very nice just not long enough sadly! The herbal tea and chocolate was a lovely touch at the end of the eve.
