An evening to gently step out of the noise of daily life and into deep rest.

As we move through the early energy of spring~ a season of soft renewal and quiet emergence, this session offers space to slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

You’ll be guided into the evening with a grounding meditation, allowing the body to soften and the mind to settle. From here, you’ll be immersed in a carefully held sound journey, using a range of instruments to support the nervous system in unwinding and restoring balance. The session will gradually deepen into an extended period with crystal singing bowls, inviting a profound sense of stillness and integration.

Working with sound in this way can help ease stress, regulate the nervous system, and support the body in accessing a state of deep rest~ something many of us rarely reach in our day-to-day lives.

This is a space to simply lie down, switch off, and be supported. Reiki energy will be gently woven through the session for those who wish to receive.

We’ll close the evening slowly, with time to ground and connect, alongside a cup of tea.

No experience needed~  you’re warmly welcomed exactly as you are.

This session isn’t suitable for those who are pregnant, have a pacemaker, epilepsy, serious heart or mental health conditions, or are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If you have sound sensitivity or medical implants, please take extra care and consult your doctor if unsure. By booking, you agree to take responsibility for your own wellbeing. Ages 18+ only. Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to a friend with notice. If there’s a waitlist and your space is filled, a refund (minus fees) will be provided.
