⫸ Guided Meditation + Setting Your Intention- The evening will begin with a guided meditation to help you relax into the space & release what is no longer serving you. Inviting you to connect to the powerful crystal vibrations and set an intention that resonates deeply with your heart.

⫸ Reiki-Infused Sound Bath- Immerse yourself in the soothing frequencies of crystal singing bowls and other sacred instruments, layered with Reiki energy to create profound relaxation and deep energetic alignment.

⫸ Crystal Healing + Energy Cleanse- Louise will work intuitively with crystals in your energy field, offering cleansing and balancing to release blockages and promote harmony.

⫸ Grounding + Connection- After your sound journey, you’re welcome to stay a little longer to enjoy herbal tea and chocolate- a gentle and grounding way to close the evening while connecting with like-minded souls.

Sound healing works by using specific vibrations and frequencies to calm the nervous system, lower stress, and restore balance on a cellular level. This sound bath event is not suitable for those who are pregnant, or those with a pacemaker, a history of epilepsy/ seizures, heart conditions, severe/ unmanaged mental health condition, any serious condition that may be affected by sound vibration, or under the influence of recreational drugs or alcohol.

Precautions are advised for individuals taking part with any of the following: pregnancy, sound sensitive conditions including but not limited to; tinnitus/ Meniere’s, or metal implants/ plates/ screws in the body. Hearing aids should be turned off during the session.
