This is your invitation to lay back, close your eyes, and float on reiki-infused sound waves as you journey into complete relaxation and reconnect to your inner peace.

As we edge towards the autumn equinox, this full moon eclipse is a welcome opportunity to release what no longer serves, restore balance & harmony to mind, body & soul, and open to transformation & new possibilities.

The evening will begin with a guided meditation to help you relax, connect to the Full Moon energies & set intentions for this new cycle, followed by a blissful hour sound bath. All are welcome to stay on for herbal tea and time to further ground & connect with other like-minded souls.

This sound bath event is not suitable for individuals in their first trimester of pregnancy, with a pacemaker, a history of epilepsy/ seizures, heart conditions, severe/ unmanaged mental health condition, any serious condition that may be affected by sound vibration, or under the influence of recreational drugs or alcohol.

Precautions are advised for individuals taking part with any of the following: sound sensitive conditions including but not limited to; tinnitus/ Meniere’s, or metal implants/ plates/ screws in the body. Hearing aids must be turned off during the session.
