Join me for a Reiki-Infused Sound Bath and be immersed in the healing power of sound and blissful relaxation.

The evening begins with guided meditation, helping you to slow down into the present moment & prepare to receive the energy. I then weave sounds throughout the space, intuitively playing the ocean drum, gong & chimes, before gently guiding you into even deeper relaxation with the angelic tones of crystal singing bowls, charged with Reiki- helping to clear energetic blocks, align & rebalance your energy field.

We’ll end the evening with herbal tea and time for further grounding and connection with like-minded souls.

A sound Bath is a form of meditation whereby you don’t need to actively do anything, accept, lay back & receive the vibrations as the instruments do the work. No experience necessary!
