A deeply calming evening of rest, gentle release, and nervous system support through sound.

We’ll begin with a guided meditation to gently ground you, allowing the body to soften and the mind to settle as you arrive fully into the space.

From there, you’ll be guided into a carefully held sound journey, where a blend of soothing instruments begin to flow and move around you. The layers of sound are woven through the space, gradually inviting you to let go, unwind, and be gently held within the experience.

As the journey deepens, we’ll settle into the crystal bowls, their ethereal and harmonic vibrations supporting you to drop into a deeper state of stillness, rest, and inner connection.

Reiki energy will be softly woven through the session for those who wish to receive ✨

Afterwards, there will be time for gentle grounding, and you’re very welcome to stay for a herbal tea, connect, and share space with like-minded souls.

This is a space to:

Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to a friend with notice. If there’s a waitlist and your space is filled, a refund (minus fees) will be provided.
