You’ll be held in a deeply relaxing, Reiki-Infused sound journey using crystal bowls, chimes, drum and wind gong, designed to support your nervous system, clear energetic clutter, and help you feel calm, grounded and more connected.

This is also a beautiful chance for busy parents to take a pause during the half term, be looked after, and recharge from the inside out.
