An evening of sound, energy, and seasonal release ༄

As autumn deepens, nature invites us to shed, soften, and return to balance. This is the perfect moment to release what feels heavy and nourish your inner light as the year begins its quiet descent.

We’ll begin with a Reiki sharing meditation- a guided practice to gently clear, balance, and open to the universal flow of life-force energy. Together, we’ll invite Reiki to illuminate what is ready to be released and to restore harmony within.

You’ll then be carried into a radiant sound journey, where layers of vibration and tone weave together to quiet the mind, soothe the body, and open the heart. Each crystal singing bowl is infused with Reiki energy, amplifying the healing intention and inviting you into a state of deep rest, release, and renewal.

To close, we’ll gather with grounding herbal tea, with space to simply be- whether in quiet reflection or gentle connection.

This evening is an opportunity to align with the season’s rhythm: to release, to receive, and to radiate your own inner light.
