Join me for a full-body, immersive sound experience with a guided Chakra journey meditation and dreamy hour of therapeutic sound.

𖤓 Beginning with a guided meditation to connect to the chakras, we then flow into a short sound journey with an array of sacred instruments woven throughout the space, surrounding you in sound.

𖤓 We then deepen further into stillness & relaxation, settling in with the ethereal tones of crystal bowls, working on the 7 main energy centres to help clear & balance any energetic blocks, & bring mind, body & soul back into alignment.

𖤓 For an added layer of magic, I infuse my crystal bowls & channel Reiki for those who wish to receive its powerful & peaceful vibrations 💖

𖤓 All are welcome to stay on & enjoy a cup of herbal tea, time for further grounding & connecting with like-minded Souls!

This sound bath event is not suitable for individuals in their first trimester of pregnancy, with a pacemaker, a history of epilepsy/ seizures, heart conditions, severe/ unmanaged mental health condition, any serious condition that may be affected by sound vibration, or under the influence of recreational drugs or alcohol.

Precautions are advised for individuals taking part with any of the following: pregnancy, sound sensitive conditions including but not limited to; tinnitus/ Meniere’s, or metal implants/ plates/ screws in the body. Hearing aids should be turned off during the session.
