Join me for an evening of deep relaxation and soulful connection as we honour the energy of the full moon and the quiet, reflective nature of winter to release & restore

🧡 Guided Meditation~ Gently settle in to the space with a guided meditation to help release what no longer serves, vision your intentions and open your hearts to receive the therapeutic sound vibrations.

💫 A Blissful 60 minute Sound Bath~ Beginning with a sound journey using sacred instruments such as the ocean drum, chimes, and wind gong to create soothing waves of sound that invite relaxation and release.

Flowing into the highlight of the evening as we deepen into stillness with crystalline tones of the singing bowls, washing over you in layers of vibration to release stuck energy, realign your mind, body, and soul, and guide you into a deep state of calm.

🍵 Connect~ We’ll close with space for grounding and connection, with a cup of herbal tea and an opportunity to share in the warmth of like-minded souls.

This experience is an invitation to slow down, listen to your inner wisdom, and honour where you are in this moment. Whether you're new to sound baths or a seasoned sound bather, this space is for you.

Sound Healing Precautions and Contraindications:

This sound bath event is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant, those with a pacemaker, a history of epilepsy/ seizures, heart conditions, severe/ unmanaged mental health condition, any serious condition that may be affected by sound vibration, or under the influence of recreational drugs or alcohol.

Precautions are advised for individuals taking part with any of the following: sound sensitive conditions including but not limited to; tinnitus/ Meniere’s, or metal implants/ plates/ screws in the body. It is recommended to turn hearing aids off during the session.
