☽ New Moon Sound Bath ☾

Join me for an evening of deep rest, relaxation and renewal beneath the energy of the Super New Moon in Gemini.

This 90-minute immersive experience is designed to help you step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with a calmer, more grounded state of being.

We begin with a gentle guided meditation working with the energy of the New Moon, creating space to settle the nervous system, connect with your intentions and become more receptive to the healing vibrations of sound.

From there, you'll be guided into a restorative sound journey featuring a blend of therapeutic instruments including ocean drum, chimes, wind gong and other healing sounds. As I move around the space, sound is woven throughout the room, creating an enveloping experience that invites release, relaxation and deeper presence.

The journey then settles into an extended crystal singing bowl immersion, allowing the mind and body to soften even further as the vibrations support meditative states, inner stillness and profound rest.

Reiki energy will be softly woven through the session for those who wish to receive ✨

The evening closes with gentle grounding and integration, with the option to stay for herbal tea and connection before returning home.

This sound bath is a gentle but immersive experience and may not be suitable for everyone.

This session is not suitable for those who are pregnant, or for those with a pacemaker, epilepsy, or certain serious heart or mental health conditions. This session is offered as a wellbeing practice and is not a substitute for medical care. By booking, you confirm that you take responsibility for your own wellbeing during the session. 18+ only.

Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with notice. If a waitlist is in place and your space can be filled, a refund (minus fees) may be offered.
