The evening will begin with guided meditation to bring you into the present moment and prepare to receive the therapeutic frequencies. I then weave throughout the space playing sacred instruments, such as the gong, ocean drum and chimes, before settling in for an even deeper experience with chakra crystal bowls, infused with Reiki for another layer of magic for those who wish to receive it ✨

Following the hour sound bath meditation, there will also be time for further grounding. Chill with a herbal tea & connect with other like-minded souls 💖
