1:1 Personal Eating Plan Bundle
Via FaceTime or WhatsApp.
The first session is for ninety minutes. During this session, we will build a personalized eating plan. We will discuss the foods you like so you can eat the right portions with each meal to fit your schedule.
The remaining two sessions are follow-ups. We will meet for thirty minutes to discuss what's working and what can be improved. We then make any necessary adjustments to your plan.
