This workshop is where we push back on those brain 'gremlins' as I like to call them, and flip their script.

We'll be digging into:

How subconscious narratives are formed
(and why they feel true, even when they’re not)

Identifying the stories that are shaping your choices
We’ll look at the language you’ve been using about yourself - subtle, inherited, often internalised early - and name where it’s keeping you small or stuck.

Guided narrative re-writing
You’ll be supported through a process to consciously reshape your internal dialogue into something that reflects your actual values, identity, and voice.

Nervous system practices to anchor in a new story
Because sustainable change doesn’t happen just through mindset - it happens when your body feels safe enough to believe a new reality.
