Amazing. Isabel and Sasha are so full of knowledge and know how to apply it well, rather than just knowing it! Thanks so much for sharing with us all and understanding the perspective of feeling stuck, and how to move out of that state. Much appreciated and aim to use the tools given for all of 2026!

Isabel has helped me achieve what I could not by myself for the longest time: feeling safe to FEEL. I've had it all in my head, years of talk therapy, all the methods learned by heart, I could verbalize all of my triggers... Still I found myself stuck in a loop of freeze, unable to find my personal "Why", creatively depleted. Now, I know what I need to do. I am not there yet, but for the first time in a long while, I am not afraid to just start.

I could not recommend Isabel enough. I reached out last summer while I was going through a really difficult and upsetting time in my relationship. I felt crippled under the weight of having to make decisions about my life, I had been stuck in a freeze response and felt incapable of taking control. I felt totally disassociated and had lost my sense of self to the point where I didn’t even feel like I was a human anymore. I felt numb and broken and had no idea how to show myself grace or compassion. I also had no idea how much this was all about to change. It might sound “fluffy” but I literally got my gut feeling back. Isabel helped me to connect with myself in a way that I don’t think traditional talk therapy could have. I started to actually feel my body again, and then I started to hear its whispers. And now, in a lot of ways it’s my body that tells my mind what we’re gonna do. It’s bee almost a year since my first session and the trust and safety that I feel has quite literally opened up my entire world. I think about my sessions with Isabel on a weekly basis. And I hope I get to work with her again soon. It is life changing ✨

Vision boards? Cute. Becoming a visionary? Powerful and possible! Isabel knows what people want: clarity, confidence, and consistency with their goals. Isabel's approach to growth is holistic, but not in a crunchy way, more like a whole-brain-and-body way that has worked for me. I look forward to slowing down and being guided through somatic exercises during her sessions and I always leave with a few practical suggestions to apply in my day to day. If you haven’t yet worked with Isabel yet, let this be a little nudge to start!

I loved the somatic approach to the writing exercises as it meant that I was in a calm state when reflecting on a mix of experiences that I have had this year without it affecting my mood. Isabel is so lovely & generous with her time & knowledge (even after the session had finished!)
