I could not recommend Isabel enough. I reached out last summer while I was going through a really difficult and upsetting time in my relationship. I felt crippled under the weight of having to make decisions about my life, I had been stuck in a freeze response and felt incapable of taking control. I felt totally disassociated and had lost my sense of self to the point where I didn’t even feel like I was a human anymore. I felt numb and broken and had no idea how to show myself grace or compassion. I also had no idea how much this was all about to change. It might sound “fluffy” but I literally got my gut feeling back. Isabel helped me to connect with myself in a way that I don’t think traditional talk therapy could have. I started to actually feel my body again, and then I started to hear its whispers. And now, in a lot of ways it’s my body that tells my mind what we’re gonna do. It’s bee almost a year since my first session and the trust and safety that I feel has quite literally opened up my entire world. I think about my sessions with Isabel on a weekly basis. And I hope I get to work with her again soon. It is life changing ✨

Vision boards? Cute. Becoming a visionary? Powerful and possible! Isabel knows what people want: clarity, confidence, and consistency with their goals. Isabel's approach to growth is holistic, but not in a crunchy way, more like a whole-brain-and-body way that has worked for me. I look forward to slowing down and being guided through somatic exercises during her sessions and I always leave with a few practical suggestions to apply in my day to day. If you haven’t yet worked with Isabel yet, let this be a little nudge to start!

I loved the somatic approach to the writing exercises as it meant that I was in a calm state when reflecting on a mix of experiences that I have had this year without it affecting my mood. Isabel is so lovely & generous with her time & knowledge (even after the session had finished!)

I really loved the body exercises since I am usually in my head a lot. It was really easy to follow but had a big impact on me. Also looking at shame was a big one. Thanks a lot! That was great :)

This course has meant so much to me. I hoped it would help me with capacity and the ability to act on what is important to me, but did I believe it actually would the way it has? Probably not! Obvs this was based on my own self concept and beliefs about myself, rather than the course itself. The course really did facilitate the space & community for meaningful change along with the knowledge & useful practical advice that I could implement immediately. Since finishing the course I am keeping my angst free promises to myself with a consistency I have never before managed. I have integrated the wisdom of showing up daily for doable bite sized chunks and I've felt my capacity expand within 2 weeks!! The group somatic work was so charged and transformative. It would be difficult for me to hype up this course & the combined efforts of Isabel & Bianca anymore! If you have any impulse to take this course, definitely act on it.
