1. The first step in any career journey is having a handle of where you would like to go next. We will meet 1:1 for one hour via phone or video to discuss your unique situation.

• We will define your next step and uncover your strengths, ideal roles, areas you want to avoid, salary (and other benefits) requirements, and career aspirations through an open and honest conversation.

• I will provide strategic job search guidance to explore job postings, speak with professionals inside and outside of your network, and a step-by-step approach to applying once you are ready.

Once implemented, you will have a clear direction and be armed with a focused strategy to confidently move forward.

2. Next is your résumé; your personal marketing tool that needs to be relevant and attention grabbing so hiring managers are eager to call you.

• We will have a 60-75-minute conversation to deep dive into your career journey and uncover your biggest achievements that align with your desired next step.

• We will formulate your career story into a compelling narrative; making it easy for recruiters and senior leaders to recognize your strengths and your potential fit in their organizations.

• Your résumé will be a professionally formatted Word document designed for maximum impact and optimized for applicant tracking systems (ATS) so you land more interviews.

• I will deliver your new résumé new within 5 business days along with strategies to proactively connect with key personnel; increasing your visibility at your targeted companies.

3. I will then optimize your LinkedIn profile which includes feedback and new content to paste into your profile (based on your updated résumé) as well as tips, strategies, and any questions to ensure you fully utilize the platform. Your profile will also have the right keywords so you are searchable on the site; giving recruiters and hiring managers easy access to your profile.

4. Once you find a role you want to apply to, I will craft one customized, compelling cover letter tailored to that job opportunity; showcasing why you are a good fit and worth interviewing. The letter’s structured format (as a Word document) can be easily adapted for future applications.

5. Finally, interviews are the most important step in the process and an opportunity to own your narrative and win the offer. I will help make sure you walk in prepared and self-assured. This bundle includes 90 minutes of interview preparation.

• Interview preparation will allow you to gain control over any interview nerves so you are excited, not anxious, when meeting potential employers.

• We will incorporate my proven ESA Framework to verbalize your career story and make you the standout candidate.
