3. 1 brand new résumé highly marketable and optimized for ATS, recruiters, and especially hiring managers.

4. LinkedIn profile optimization including feedback and new content to paste into your profile (based on your updated résumé) as well as tips, strategies, and any questions to ensure you fully utilize the platform. . Your profile will also have the right keywords so you are searchable on the site; giving others easy access to your profile.

5. 1 brand new cover letter for a specific position you’d like to apply to. The general structure can then be used for subsequent positions.

6. Strategies to proactively reach the right hiring managers as well as step-by-step instructions on applying more effectively (i.e., not with online applications).

7. 1 hour of interview preparation to practice either answers to general questions or to get you ready for an upcoming interview.
