Often times when making career decisions/self building it can be easy to exhaust yourself. I believe it is always beneficial to have an objective voice of clarity and that is exactly what Jeff provided. He is intuitive and asks the right questions. He comes across as very empathetic which is nice. He is a good listener and shows compassion, even in a 15-minute consultation with those who have had difficulty interviewing in past. I think that is key in coaching.
