The first step in any career journey is having a handle of where you would like to go next. We will meet 1:1 via phone or video to discuss your unique situation.

• We will define your next step and uncover your strengths, ideal roles, areas you want to avoid, salary (and other benefits) requirements, and career aspirations through an open and honest conversation.

• I will provide strategic job search guidance to explore job postings, speak with professionals inside and outside of your network, and a step-by-step approach to applying once you are ready.

Once implemented, you will have a clear direction and be armed with a focused strategy to confidently move forward.

I recommend starting with one hour.

From there, this service can be ongoing as needed or wanted and can include any topics you wish to discuss including: additional general job search support, interview preparation, help with recruiter conversations, networking advice, and anything unique to your situation.
