As a woman who has walked through childhood trauma, an abusive marriage, divorce, starting over, the unexpected ending of a beloved teaching career, and the many changes that come as our families and roles evolve, I understand what it feels like to wonder:

Who am I now—and what comes next?

For a long time, I believed I had to figure everything out before I could move forward. But through healing, faith, therapy, life coaching, and a deeper relationship with God, I began to understand that the journey is not about becoming someone new.

It is about coming home to the woman God created me to be.

I’m Sherrie —a Master Certified Life Coach, former educator, founder of The Soul Journey Collective, and host of The Soul Journey Podcast.

I created this space for women who are standing at a threshold—women who are starting over, rebuilding, rediscovering themselves, or simply sensing that there is more ahead. Here, we talk honestly about faith, emotions, identity, purpose, difficult relationships, courage, confidence, and the next faithful step.

I believe courage comes before confidence. We often want to feel confident before we take the step, but confidence is frequently built by taking the courageous step first.

You do not have to walk this journey alone.
