Hello there!

My name is Kate Benaicha. I'm a mindset and career coach. I have circa 20 years experience working in recruitment and HR across multiple industries and countries. I am a trained coach and hold a bachelors degree in Applied Psychology. I help women connect with their purpose so they can find meaning in their career and life and identify the right career path for them. I also provide support in all stages of the job search, whether that is reviewing CVs, Linkedin profiles and interview preparation, I am particularly passionate about helping women return to to the world of work following a career break with clarity, confidence and a strong connection to themselves and to the world around them. I want all women to live a life without regret, feeling purposeful and fulfilled in all they do.
