Kathleen Hayes

I'm so grateful I had the opportunity to work with Kathleen! She cares so deeply about her work and clients, and her passion for healing is at the core of everything she does. Kathleen does not rush or push clients, encouraging a safe space to turn inward and truly listen to ourselves. She gave me opportunities to face parts of myself that I struggle with / actively choose not to examine, while providing gentle and positive support along the way. She is authentic and is not afraid to share parts of her own healing journey, which in turn makes you feel seen and held. She also never misses an opportunity to crack a joke, remind you to hold onto your joy for dear life, and share a dance party playlist! I truly feel I have stepped into a better version of myself through completing the Unbecoming workbook, and look forward to continuing to practice her teachings and exercises on my journey to meeting my happiest, most authentic self.

Working with Kathleen was an amazing experience. Before I met her, I was burnt out from my day job and felt lost as an artist. She helped me regain my artist identity and find meaning in what I do. I now have a clearer sense of my main goals and aspirations. She helped me find balance with my day job while working towards my goals. She is a wonderful listener and made me feel heard and supported. She is really great at helping me visualize my goals and finding small steps to take towards them. I highly recommend working with her as your coach.

Working with Kathleen was transformative. Her gentle and authentic approach was eye opening for me and allowed me to be kinder and more gentle with myself. Kathleen is a breath of fresh air and I’m so glad I got the chance to work with her. She is able to put words to things I’ve been feeling but unable to articulate for years. She is totally nonjudgmental and skilled at holding space for whatever I’m feeling. She has helped me take meaningful steps to let go of years of perfectionism, overfunctioning, people pleasing, and assigning my worth to my productivity.
