Hey. I'm Rachel. I'm so glad you are here.
I have dedicated my life to improving the health of others from an early age; going to college and graduating in Community Health Education and Psychology; certifications in Wellness coaching and working in the fitness and wellness industry most of my life.
But much of my passion comes from simply not having the easiest time with my own health...the ups and downs in my hormones, weight, affecting my mood and my energy...After becoming a mom in my 30s at the same time as losing a parent left me suffering in endless grief and PPD and PMDD. I found my flow for a good decade the day I found a vitamin system that worked wonders for me! But then all seemed to come crashing down around 40 when Perimenopause took me in her grip.
If there is anything I am good at it is asking questions, finding solutions and not taking "it's just your age" for an answer. After years of suffering with different ailments and working to find solutions to each one, never sure if I would ever feel like myself again, I am making huge progress.
This is when I know I was meant to go through all of this for a reason. That reason is YOU.
