Forget everything you think you know about hypnotherapy; sessions with Natasha are unlike anything you’ve experienced. I didn’t know these sessions would leave me feeling as seen, understood and empowered as they did. Despite being online, Natasha’s calming presence made me feel more safe and reassured than in any in-person psychology session I’ve had before. Unlike traditional therapy focused on understanding your behaviours, hypno is more like therapy for your feelings. Natasha’s gift for unlock subconscious thoughts and feelings has allowed me to work through some difficult past experiences and break C-PTSD patterns that were preventing me from living my best life. After just 2 sessions, I’m already feeling happier, lighter, more optimistic, inspired and creative. Truly life changing. I can’t recommend Natasha highly enough.

This content strategy session with Natasha was exactly what I needed. In my third series working with Tash (first of all…she is so good I am so honoured to have been her client for three series!) we did so much beautiful work around building my business, allowing myself to fully show up and be seen as well as some amazing hypnotherapy work that changed so much internally for me. During our hypnotherapy sessions I was able to work with old, stuck energies of depression and long standing limiting beliefs. I was able to fully say goodbye to the relationship I had with depression for over 10 years, by acknowledging the purpose it served for me and understanding I no longer need it as a protective mechanism. I was also able to fully open my heart and allow new beliefs about love and self-worth settle deep in my soul. In our previous series together we had worked on building a business (and I can’t believe how fast things moved and how quickly opportunities came through). The next chapter for me was expanding my visibility and allowing myself to be seen more authentically as well on social media. Through working with these areas I called in my dream job opportunity in a matter of days. I now show up so much more confidently, and authentically in my work. I trust myself so much and can’t even begin to explain how much Tash has been a integral part of my journey. Having her guidance, her presence, and knowing she was there to cheer me on and hear how proud she was of me on even the hardest days was where so much changed and transformation was created.

My call on social media strategy with Natasha had a big impact on me- reigniting my love for connecting with others and sharing my personal story/life journey! oh myyyy! i set my intention to heal my relationship with food, and focus on addiction recovery. the more vulnerable and open you are, the most effective this hypno will be! tash was so gentle and made me feel really supported, especially when my hurt inner child and addict self showed up. we spent time with younger me, made her happy, and she is a sassy little diva. i feel her with me now. the shadow self of my addict was sent into the light, and the relief and weight lifted i feel is unreal. i feel more motivated to take care of me, to eat well, and to do it for my inner child. overall the most introspective session i’ve ever had. i feel sooo connected to myself. i’m so excited to carry on this journey with tash!! I honestly can't believe how much clearer I can think after just one short conversation with Tash, I went into this with no expectations and came out of it feeling lighter and calmer and ready to start working on me!

I had a content strategy session with Natasha and it was chef’s kiss. We got clear on my goals, ideas, and passions, and how to translate all of it into content in a way that feels truly authentic. She made the whole process feel fun, creative, and actually doable. I went from feeling stuck, unclear, and resistant to feeling excited to show up, more playful, more humorous, and more creatively myself in how I share. I genuinely feel re-inspired in my own voice. Honestly, I need her in my life daily please.

I had the most incredible, inspiring, safe, transformative session with Tash. Her ability to hold space for whatever is coming up, and gently and warmly encourage openness without judgement made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Especially for this lil girlie who struggles with perfection and control, Tash was able to create a space where it felt so natural and easy to trust! I'm truly left speechless to describe just how potent a single session with Natasha felt. As a (recovering) overthinker and perfectionist, her thoughtful explanations and grounding presence put me at such an immediate sense of ease and allowed our session to go exceptionally deep. (Mind you - I'm the kind of gal who wants to GO THERE...
