11/10 recommend! Keosha starts with a 30 minute chat where I explained all the excuses and obstacles holding me back. Then gently, in a judgement-free way, helped me with small, actionable steps to prepare me for success. With this program, I went from trying too hard then failing (again and again), to reasonable, achievable, consistent, and adjustable workouts that fit my energy levels and schedule. With this program, I've been able to consistently exercise 5+ days a week for a month! Absolutely life-changing!

I have been using the Mindfully Productive Planner and Journal for a little over a week now. I love the Weekly Brain Dump Section. It gives me a place to take all of my ideas (personal, business, and spiritual) that I am holding in my brain and put them all in a centrally located place for recall. I also like the habit tracker because it helps me to meditate on why I am working on a particular habit, which motivates me to stay consistent. The daily productivity section is very therapeutic for me because it is a place of release & gratitude! I can see so many women benefiting from this tool, whether they are entrepreneurs, or not.
