Daily Accountability
Once we discuss what your goals are (via Slack DM), the movement you want to do, how often, and when, I will check in with you via Slack on those days of the week to keep you accountable to your commitment to yourself.
Weekly Mindset Coaching
Every Monday you will get a message from me either via text or voice in slack that will help you with motivation, or to work through unmotivated states, changing how you feel and what you think about your progress.
Discounted Digital Workbook
This workbook will help you to create an even more specific and personal approach through self-coaching to help you during your journey. This will give you insight into your purpose, creating a compassion routine, and examining your personal benefits.

How much is the program?
The program is $27/month or $270/year-which gets you two months free! You can cancel at any time on the monthly plan.
What if I need extra support?
You will have the ability to work with me 1:1 at a 10% discount for three sessions using my signature coaching program specifically designed for exercise.
Will there be any live coaching in the group?
Yes. The sessions will be held via voice messaging in slack on Mondays. You will be able to respond with your thoughts and any questions you have. It will be from 9AM EST-5PM EST. You can come in and out as you are able.
About Me
In the last year, I was able to reintegrate exercise with a simple strategy that allowed me to ditch the all or nothing mindset. On the days I don't want to exercise or don't have a lot of time, I still get it done. It's my goal to help you do the same in a simple way that leaves you feeling accomplished.
