After my first birth I was overwhelmed. I didn't know where to begin: I had diastasis, a tear, and pelvic floor heaviness. I needed exercise that was fun, low-impact but still challenging, and progressive.
Then I became an instructor because I knew exactly how I would help other women, if I had the chance.
So I created these programs for myself, and am now working on releasing them to support you in your journey, and I hope you'll love them as much as I did!
